2017 healthy eating 

I had an amazing visit with Dan and his wife Laura and their wonderful son. We hung out for a couple of days and then they had to leave. In our short time they shared a book and their knowledge as life coaches to explain to me the importance of the food we eat can be detrimental to our health.

So I started eating cleaner and I am done with week one. I already feel like I have more energy when I wake up in the morning and lost a 3 lbs in a week.

The picture I am showing is a sardine salad I made with cabbage, lettuce, sardines, and carrots with salad dressing. I’m very full and actually feel good about it lol.  Their blog is listed below and I pray that everyone has a blessed day.

    1. I look forward to sharing my progress with you and linking some of your post with my weekly healthy eating updates. That way people can see the hard work you put into trying to make people not only be healthier, but feel good about themselves again. To me that’s the most amazing part.
