Monday’s Devotional

Isaiah 26:3

You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.

It is easy to lose yourself with the worldly things and the ups and downs of life. Just remember to stay focused and balanced. By putting your life centered in God and keeping in mind His law and to continue to keep your trust in Him for both the good and the bad. Stay steadfast in your devotion and prayer to him and all those problems will slowly fade away. I hope everyone has a blessed day today!

Thursday’s Devotional

Isaiah 40:29

He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.
If you are ever feeling weak or powerless in a situation take shelter on these words. God is always with you and will never abandon you. Pray and ask for the strength to endure and overcome whatever problem you have. He will hear your prayers and guide you. Just in knowing that should help you stay positive and strong. Just give your full trust in all aspects of your life to the Lord and watch how he will work in your life. God bless you all and have a blessed day.

Wednesdays Devotional

2 Timothy 1:7

For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.

Don’t ever forget the gift of the Holy Spirit that God gives all his followers. The power of His spirit is to raise us up with confidence. When we are feeling weak or hurt we can pray and rely on Him to give us the strength we need to overcome any obstacle in our way. When we do not feel love for one another or feel like you cannot forgive someone else, he reminds us that we are forgiven so we must forgive others. That type of live He gives us is a specail one and we must always be thankful to have it. Have a blessed day.

Tuesday Devotional

Psalm 34:14

Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.

While living in the world and having desires of the flesh it feels at times impossible to turn from evil. Whether it is sex, violence, drugs, and alcohol. We see them everywhere on television and billboards as we drive down the street. It makes it difficult to shield ourselves and our children from this world. Everyone has weaknesses,  I know I do. What gives me strength is the fact that God is on my side and through Him all things are possible. So I’d you feel bad urges coming back from the past or something you are struggling with now just know you are on the right path to overcome Satan. He will fight harder to pull you down if you was walking in the light. So put your trust in Jesus and continue walking forward in the light. Find your peace and never let go.

Monday Devotional

2 Corinthians 3:17

Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.

I just want to say happy independence day to all my fellow Americans. If it was not for the Spirit of the Lord being with the colonists, we would not have the ability to be here today right now. Please enjoy today’s festives but do not over indulge please and stay safe.

Proverbs 28:7

The one who keeps the law is a son with understanding, but a companion of gluttons shames his father.

Thursday’s Devotional

Romans 15:2

Each of us should please our neighbors for their good, to build them up.

I wanted to write a little about this verse and the power of these words. Now of days everyone is so focused on themselves and achieving their own goals that they forget to serve and help others. Remember that God commands of us to love thy neighbor! I am not saying to not set goals and work hard, but what I am saying is do not forget to help your neighbors. Help build them up and help them better themselves. Equip them in the same way you equip yourself. God loves those who help others because that is why he put us here. We are to fellowship and counsel each other. Please remember that when you see someone in need of help or guidance. Think about how Jesus would help that person and emulate Him. I pray that everyone has a blessed day and God bless you all.
